All our staff members are highly qualified, competent and caring individuals. We are committed to providing a high quality childcare service to all our customers.

We pride ourselves on creating a ‘home from home’ environment in which each child is nurtured and facilitated to reach their maximum potential through meaningful and age appropriate activities. Staff are recruited based on their ability to demonstrate a genuine interest in children as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. These are viewed as essential attributes in facilitating the development of trusting relationships with children, families and other staff.

Staff work together to create an environment of learning and fun for the benefit of all. Staff are required to adhere to the services policies and procedures, designed to ensure child protection, safety and well-being is paramount, at all times.

A rigorous recruitment and selection process is undertaken by the service to ensure a talented and dedicated workforce is maintained. Staff undergo regular training and development to ensure continued professional development in line with best practice. In line with regulations, all staff are subject to Garda vetting.
